Improve Your Palette

Most confusions happen between colors of similar lightness. Make one color of a flagged pair clearly lighter or darker, and re-check.

Prefer blue/orange over red/green for key contrasts. The Okabe–Ito palette (loadable above) was designed to stay distinguishable for common color vision types.

Add direct labels, patterns or icons so color is never the only cue.
